myip.foo provides a free IP address lookup service that displays:

• Your public IP address (IPv4 and/or IPv6)
• Geolocation data (country, city, ISP, timezone)
• Browser and platform information
• JSON and plain text API endpoints for programmatic access

3. Service Availability

myip.foo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Use myip.foo for illegal activities
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers (DDoS attacks, excessive scraping)
• Reverse engineer or tamper with our infrastructure
• Use automated tools to spam our API (fair use policy applies)

5. Fair Use Policy

myip.foo is free to use with no hard rate limits. However, we expect fair usage:

• Reasonable use: Automation and scripts are welcome
• Abuse prevention: Excessive abuse may result in temporary blocking
• High-volume needs: Contact us for enterprise support

6. Privacy

We do NOT log your IP address permanently. For details on data collection, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

myip.foo uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare: Hosting and geolocation data
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics (with consent)
• Microsoft Clarity: Anonymous behavior analytics (with consent)
• Google STUN servers: WebRTC dual-stack IP detection

myip.foo, its design, and source code are owned by JustFox (VirtualOx B.V.). All rights reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• Inaccurate geolocation data (provided by Cloudflare)
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data or damages resulting from use of myip.foo

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands (where VirtualOx B.V. is registered).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
